First Jam Rock Camp

First Jam Rock Camp - Teacher Douglas Hibovski and support staff- Ages 7- 10 - Not sure what instrument your child would like best? They already take lessons and want to try a different instrument? This camp facilitates fun exploration of different instruments, Piano, Voice, Ukulele, drums and Percussion, Guitar and Bass guitar. Each child will learn the basics of each instrument and how to jam together! The week ends with a mini concert for parents and caregivers. No previous experience in music required. Time: Monday to Thursday 10:30 AM - 2 PM- Friday 10:30 am – 3pm ( mini concert at 2:30pm) 3 students minimum 6 students maximum Tuition: 425 Early drop-off (9am) is available for $20 per day Late pickup (3:30pm) is available at a rate of $20 per day Location: 2228A Bloor St west (Bloor & Runnymede)

With a music degree in classical guitar and music theory from the University of Toronto, he brings both expertise and passion to every lesson.


Many of Doug’s students have gone on to earn their own music degrees, become teachers, compose their own pieces, or even start their own rock bands. Whether you’re into Progressive Rock, Classical, or just want to have fun making music, Doug’s enthusiasm is contagious! Since the 1990s, he’s been showing students how exciting it is to play in a rock band, helping them learn, grow, and rock out together.
