Background and Experience
Hailing from Toronto, Joel is known on the local jazz scene for his fresh, vibrant style. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Humber College, where he learned from top musicians like Kirk MacDonald, Alex Dean, and Mike Downes. While studying, Joel performed at some of the city’s coolest venues—Jazz Bistro and The Rex—bringing the thrill of live music straight to his students.
